Project Description:

This remodel reoriented an existing restaurant towards a public plaza.  During its design, we searched for an appropriate “Roadside” Vernacular that fit the City of Palo Alto as well as the image of a fast food restaurant in California.  The wood, glass and stucco façade also had to meet the guidelines of the (then tenant) Burger King Corporation.
