Project Description:

849 High Street is a former automobile repair shop which has been transformed into high-tech office space.  Nearly all of the original structure remains, with a small area and two private courtyards added on.  The facade has been upgraded with metal storefront windows and slate tile.  New metal fencing with tile pillars topped with a wood trellis encloses the paved parking court.

High band-width data lines lead from the street to the highly cooled room fit for a high powered server.  Built-in wire trays will make for ease of upgrading whatever high-tech computer, data and communication equipment the tenants wish to install.

Carrasco & Associates designed the Tenant Improvements for Worldview Technologies, integrating the colors, textures and materials to reflect the exterior building façade.
