Project Description:

Decker Oaks was a remodel of an existing brick faced historic building that had no documentation regarding the appearance of the original building.

Carrasco & Associates added a new floor between the first and second story, thus increasing the building’s square footage while maintaining the exterior envelope and historic proportions.  Also, at the street level, red brick and arched windows and doorways give this urban corner a very inviting appeal for retail use.
