This is a 300 unit single room occupancy (SRO) apartment complex near downtown San José.  It is a low income housing complex that is comprised of 2 buildings designed around a landscaped courtyard with patios, lawn areas and palm trees.

It was designed for CORE Development in San José, CA to provide affordable and transitional housing with on site continuing education facilities and common rooms.
