Contributing to the renaissance of downtown San José, this 139 unit condominium project combines two unique aspects: historic preservation and units for first-time home buyers.  The buildings total 175,000 sq. ft. and include one-, two-, and three bedroom units.  A 75,000 sq. ft. underground parking structure serves the project.
